The Bioeconomy Changemakers Festival is organized by the Directorate-General for Research and Innovation of the European Commission. Satellite event for Serbia is the only one outside the EU and will be organized at the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of agriculture.
In the main hall of the Faculty of Agriculture, we will showcase more than 20 EU and nationally-funded projects that are contributing to reaching bioeconomy goals, set by the EU Bioeconomy Strategy.
EU Bioeconomy Strategy addresses the production of renewable biological resources and their conversion into vital products and bio-energy. It has 5 goals:
AIM is to engage youth for transformative change and unlock potentials of bioeconomy.
